It was about 4 o'clock in the afternoon. We'd gotten caught up on orders but the area of the warehouse that I am responsible for was a mess! I hadn't been able to do much stocking up till then and boxes were piling up, especially in the back corner. So, armed with my box knife, my phone (for music) and a step-ladder, I headed back there to work until time to go home. So there I was, minding my own business, listening to a song by Celtic Woman, surrounded by a pile of boxes when suddenly I heard a familiar voice behind me.
"You look busy."
First semi-conscious thought: one of my coworkers (most of whom are guys) had come back for some reason. It happened too fast for me to really even have time to recognize his voice. I turned. And there, standing at the other end of the row with a grin on his face and a beautiful bouquet of flowers in his hand, stood Gavin! Yep, it was definitely a surprise! What followed was a week that was most likely the best week of my life so far!!!

Yes, he is wearing short-sleeves... and no, it was NOT warm enough for that!

Saturday we did a quick photo shoot after a trip to Hobby Lobby with A&A
Monday-Wednesday were spent at the convention and, unfortunately, we didn't get many pictures (as far as I know). We DID get more snow though and Wednesday afternoon we came back to the house to be greeted by snowmen! :D
I know, I know, there's not a whole lot of detail here. That will, hopefully, come later. The convention was fantastic! I hope to do a post later about that (especially our favorite speaker from the event, David Haynes from Nebraska Christian College), but for now, you'll have to be satisfied with these few pictures. :)
